Open Days, Events & Volunteer Days

Please note that there are now restrictions on parking on Carriageway Drive which should be observed.

Sunday 10th September – Heritage Open Day
This event has free admission and our opening hours will be from 12 Noon to 4.00 pm. We normally combine this with Country Crafts but this event is currently being re-arranged due to work commencing on the Hall and there are some restrictions in place.  There may be some stalls but we cannot at this time guarantee this. Some of our paths are having to be restructured and we are hoping that viewing points will be available by this date. Visitors our however advised to come prepared with strong suitable shoes for the uneven surfaces.

Volunteers Days

Next Volunteer Day  -  Sunday 24th September

Volunteers should arrive from 10:00am and can assist in various jobs in the grounds. Other specific jobs may be arranged. Volunteers days are being re-arranged under the control of the Grounds Sub-Commitee. Please come in suitable clothing for the day and bring whatever refreshments are required. Please note that the day will end approximately 4:00 pm or earlier depending on the number of Volunteers present. There is no need to stay all afternoon but it would be helpful if you can advise the time you propose to attend. Email: secretary.fbh@hotmail.co.uk
